STM Converter for Multimode

An STM Converter attaches to the AFM in place of the optical head. It replaces the force sensing probe with a scanning tunneling probe.

Model MMSTMC has a fixed tip holder for stable imaging.
Model TipView has an XY stage to move the tip by about 1×1 mm. Image drift may be more rapid.

Both are intended for use with the Multimode AFM.
