This system includes:

  • Dimension 5000 AFM with XY stage and up to 2 camera systems
  • NanoScope Control Station with NanoScope IIIA controller
  • Dimension AFM scanner
  • vibration/acoustic isolation chamber (model IS5K-2 shown, models D5VAE and “VT106” available)
Dimensino 5000 system overview
Dimension 5000 Microscope. Particular features include XY stage, second optical system with widefield camera. The XY stage has 8×10″ travel with 1-2 um repeatability (using linear encoders). The system can be configured with NanoScope IIIA, NanoScope IV or NanoScope V controllers and with open- or closed-loop scan heads.
